Judy Fu Adds Black Bean Sauce To Her Product Line

Seattle, Washington, June, 2005 - Judy Fu, head chef and owner of the popular and highly acclaimed Snappy Dragon Restaurant in North Seattle, has recently expanded her retail product line. Judy Fu's Gourmet Sauces include her fabulously versatile Potsticker Sauce and Marinade, simply scrumptious Peanut Sauce and spicy, flavorful Hot Oil. Featured in numerous dishes at the Snappy Dragon, the newest addition to the product line, Judy Fu's Black Bean Sauce, is a robust, slighty spicy stir-fry, saute and simmering sauce that complements a variety of seafoods, vegetables, meats and tofu.

Judy Fu's Gourmet Sauces, made with all natural ingredients and no MSG, are produced in small batches from the recipes Judy uses in her kitchen. They can be found in the Asian sections of most fine food retailers in the Seattle area, including Larry's Markets, Metropolitan Markets, Town & Country Markets, many Thriftway stores, select QFC and Whole Foods Markets, and Haggen/Top Foods. Judy Fu was head chef at several popular Seattle area Chinese restaurants before opening Judy Fu's Snappy Dragon in 1993. Judy and her restaurant have received many accolades and have been featured in many local publications through the years. The September, 2000 issue of Bon Appetit cited Judy Fu's Snappy Dragon as one of America's top 100 restaurants.
