Introducing Judy Fu's Gourmet Sauces

Local chef Judy Fu, whose culinary talents have left their mark on a number of Seattle Chinese restaurants, and who owns and operates the popular and award winning Snappy Dragon Restaurant, has recently started a new product line - Judy Fu's Gourmet Sauces. The sauces were first introduced at the Seattle Cooks! Show in October, 2001, where knowledgeable and enthusiastic food fans voted Judy Fu's Snappy Dragon third place in "Best of Show - People's Choice Award", behind the Washington State Beef Commission and Larry's Markets.

Judy Fu's Snappy Dragon was featured as one of Our Favorite Restaurants/Neighborhood Spots in the September, 2000 edition of Bon Appetit. More recently, Judy was profiled for the Seattle Times Pacific Northwest magazine cover feature titled "Class That Lasts" (November 18, 2001). Snappy Dragon is a product of her philosophy of dedication and hard work. Her new line of sauces captures her drive and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. The sauces are produced from recipes she uses in the Snappy Dragon kitchen and are made from the same quality ingredients.

Judy and the staff at Snappy Dragon would like to say a special word of thanks to those who conveyed their concerns in light of the Thanksgiving Day fire. Fortunately, Snappy Dragon business operations were not affected. An extra special thanks to all those who contributed to the Maple Leaf Fire Fund, started to raise money for the employees of the businesses (located in the adjacent building) which were not so fortunate. Over $5000 was raised.
